Gault&Millau's review
Nicolas Allouchery, harvester-manipulator, has been at the helm of this estate, created in 1998, since 2015. He describes himself as "a vine lover" who works with respect for the preservation of the environment. The vines are all Premier Cru in Écueil and Chamery, two villages renowned for the quality of their grapes. Nicolas Allouchery also offers a six-person gîte for those wishing to set down their suitcases, explore the vineyards and discover the house's range of wines. This range includes both traditional champagnes and exceptional cuvées, with vintages that have spent a long time in the cellar before being disgorged, and a rosé de saignée.
