The bright, white-gold color is fresh and lively, with a creamy mousse and fine, lively bubbles in the glass. The nose, classic in its style, offers a framework where aromas of pear, peach and white pepper melt into a brioche framework. The honeyed, floral-infused attack is refreshed by an incisive mid-palate, all in fine balance. This Champagne, though classic, is pleasant. A fine accompaniment to roast veal with chanterelle mushrooms.

In turn, after having started as a winemaker, Albin made the choice in 2005 to go further by becoming a winemaker. He is supported by his wife Peggy who joined him to work in the 4 acres of the estate where are growing Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot blanc.
