Gault&Millau's review
92/100
This cuvée, dominated by Chardonnay, has a golden color with silvery highlights, and very fine bubbles forming a creamy cordon on the surface of the glass. The nose is lively, with aromas of yellow fruit (apricot, peach) and mellifluous flowers (broom, honeysuckle, jasmine) underpinned by a brioche background. The palate is beautifully balanced, with flavors of yellow fruit, fresh butter and vanilla, finishing on a fine mineral note. This is an aperitif champagne that can also be enjoyed with fish and shellfish. An avocado and crab salad is a perfect example.
