Remarkable Restaurant The site is soothingly calm, opening onto the park and lake, bringing an appetite for nature and simplicity that David Sulpice translates perfectly. Winner of the Trophée Techniques d'Excellence at last year's Gault&Millau Tour, the chef is in direct communion with the environment, seizing the best of the market for a unique menu that restricts choice with the usual arguments ("let yourself be guided into our universe").
