On the road to Bavella from Solenzara, turn right to stop off at this farmhouse inn, set in the midst of nature. The cuisine is simple, and you shouldn't ask for more than you're given, i.e. local produce prepared without artifice according to traditional recipes: beef and goat meat from the farm, brocciu gnocchi, chestnut fondant...
