Sponsored Head for Vietnam with Madame Hien! While the first Madame Hien restaurants were opened 18 years ago in Hanoi and 6 years ago in Hôi An, the one in Cannes, between the train station and the Croisette, was opened in 2023. And it's fair to say that it's already a success, thanks to a culinary offering in the pure tradition of North Vietnam. From the open kitchen, diners can watch the cooks at work, just as they do in Vietnam. There's no sushi or pad thai on the menu: for four generations, this family has been paying homage to the true ancestral cuisine of their country with pork or mushroom egg rolls, pho soup or a tasty bo bun, all homemade. In summer and on weekends in winter, the restaurant is open non-stop from 11am to 10:30pm. At lunchtime, there's a choice of seven dishes for €15.50, so you can treat yourself whatever your budget. Please note: victim of its own success, the restaurant does not take reservations and is often fully booked!
