Chef's Restaurant Alison and Pascal Sucheta took over the house in 2016, continuing the thirty-year legacy with an equal taste for tradition and enough know-how to pay tribute to it with honors. The couple bring to life a sincere and warm idea of the kitchen and the bistro, in this old-fashioned décor, all varnished wood, mirrors, large display case and banquettes, both nostalgic and cosy. Under the benevolent gaze of a framed Coluche, we find plates of pleasure, a mushroom pickerel in oil, a rabbit terrine with pine nuts and tarragon, a veal quasi with cep sauce, a seven-hour lamb mouse with smoked purée, homemade profiteroles with Valrhona chocolate. Well-stocked cellar, with three hundred references.
