Gault&Millau's review 2025

In a city with a myriad of palaces, this new address offers a welcome alternative with its boutique-hotel spirit and more confidential charm. Just a stone's throw from the sea and the old town of Cannes, the Five Seas offers just 45 bright and above all spacious rooms (30 m2 as standard). Designed by the studio Hertrich & Adnet, they exude a warm, contemporary spirit, with large bathrooms, ultra-chic dressing rooms, plush armchairs and chaise longues. On the 5th and top floor, a terrace with swimming pool lets you swim laps while admiring the sea, all next to the bar-restaurant Le Roof, which unveils a menu imagined by chef Lori Moreau. Downstairs, depending on your mood, you'll find the lobby with its extended tea room or the 250 m2 spa, designed in partnership with Phytomer. All of which make this a refuge of rare charm.
