Chef's Restaurant
Its unique location and Art Deco charm make the Hôtel Radio a one-of-a-kind destination. The restaurant also stands out, featuring signature cuisine that goes beyond typical hotel fare. Beautifully presented dishes throughout a cohesive and varied menu: warm oysters with Béarnaise emulsion, beets with pig’s trotters and kumquats; pan-seared veal with thinly sliced dried fillet seasoned with mild spices, celery, pear, and verjus; and a sumptuous three-course dessert. A well-stocked wine cellar featuring classic vintages and wines from Auvergne.
