Sponsored The Maître Restaurateur label awarded to this restaurant on Paimpol harbour guarantees that suggestions are made on the spot, using fresh seasonal produce, most of which is sourced locally. Open all year round, it has become a must for local gourmets. Discerning palates love the Le Guen Chaumard oysters, a subsidiary of the parents of Stéphanie Paul, owner of Le Neptune. "They've been gold medal winners at the Concours Agricole de Paris since 2020, and were awarded the Prix d'Excellence 2024. The taste buds succumb to Chef Ollivier Thomas's signature dishes: we recommend the gourmet delicacy of roasted cod, organic Paimpol cocos creamed with yuzu or the refined combination of sweetbreads and scallops with organic vegetables. Desserts, such as Belle-Hélène pear in a chocolate sphere or vacherin revisited with fresh fruit, combine aesthetics and taste. Take a seat on one of the three floors, with their warm decor of stone, wood and red benches, and let yourself be carried away by the flavors!
