A pretty, typical riverside house in the heart of the Mâconnais vineyards, in the Saint-Vérand appellation. Natalie and Christophe are the perfect hosts - you can extend your stay in the peace and quiet of the mill's fifteen beautiful rooms - and the chef knows how to compose and vary dishes based on local ingredients, with finesse and precision: escargots on shortcrust pastry, mojettes de Vendée pesto ail des ours, Grenoble skate wing, veal knuckle with sangria sauce, potato millefeuille, rhubarb strawberry basil declination. Attractive seasonal menu with a wide choice at €44, lunch menu at €24.
