In the heart of the Mâconnais region, in the famous village of Saint-Vérand, Natalie and Christophe offer friendly, seasonal cuisine for an escapade in the land of Chardonnay. A daily menu with a balanced choice between land and sea will satisfy the many regulars: Thai salad, salmon with capers, spinach and samphire accompanied by a glass of Saint-Véran (without "d"), Breton sablé with a surprising pear mousse. This establishment also offers accommodation if you feel like coming back to try the evening menus.
