Gourmet Restaurant The Café de Paris has regained its lustre and its letters of nobility, attracting local and tourist customers to this lively Biarrote landmark. The restaurant is also keeping up with the times, with a lively menu served with diligence and a smile: black pudding to share, snacked shrimps with Espelette chilli, avocado and grapefruit carpaccio, Pyrenean trout with white butter rice, vol au vent of veal sweetbreads with morel mushrooms and poultry quenelles with yellow wine sauce... Prestigious meats (Galician beef), desserts in the same tone (profiteroles, Piedmont hazelnut soufflé), correct selection by the glass, Basque beer.
