Gourmet Restaurant Backing onto the church in the center of town, this 4-star hotel, planted since 1850, also features a lounge bar and a pretty Japanese garden, and is well known among locals for its traditional cuisine, prepared with the seasons in mind. The chef and his attentive team welcome business lunches, seminars or intimate meals based on local produce in their contemporary dining rooms. A market menu at €25 (starter-main course-dessert), which changes weekly, and a discovery menu at €55 complete the menu. A perfect egg with leeks and bacon, or crabmeat with mango, avocado and Périgord black truffle, are the starters, followed by a fillet of sea bream with parmesan jus, or a medallion of veal flavored with cigar. Interesting choice of desserts: baked apple from Jardins Delporte, flambéed clementine or white chocolate charlotte with candied chestnuts. Reasonable prices, cellar to be modernized in an atmosphere that ages gently.
