People come easily from Douai, Arras or even Cambrai for this site close to the airfield and its good family cooking. Chef Franck Gilabert runs the business with authority and savoir-faire, and his dishes look great: melon with port and tartar with a knife, soubressade and tomatoes, lobster boudin with morel mushrooms, creamy rack of lamb with broad beans and tajine-style shoulder confit... A good expression menu at €40.
