In the kitchen, Yvette, formerly a school teacher and now a pastry chef with a Ferrandi diploma, brings out the best in fresh seasonal produce, with a fine menu (meats, salads, burgers, croques) and a menu of the day that changes every week. The spotlight is on traditional French cuisine, delicately revisited according to inspiration from here or elsewhere, with subtle, meticulous preparation, accompanied by a selection of local or Belgian craft beers and wines accessible to all. A special mention goes to the desserts, which combine creativity and flavour to delight both the eyes and the taste buds! La Piscine welcomes you from morning coffee before starting the day, to aperitifs with friends (on the terrace in fine weather), to snacks and dinner.
