Description
Sponsored Passionate about cooking since she was a little girl, Manon Brachanet naturally studied in this field. After various experiences, she became a home chef from 2021 to 2023. She then opened a restaurant with Hugo Colombier, her partner, in charge of service. Since then, she has been inviting diners to "come and taste" her sophisticated, bistronomy-style cuisine. She is constantly testing, experimenting and challenging herself, changing the menu every month. Using produce from nearby farms or local producers, she proposes unexpected dishes: duck tataki and gingerbread mousse, pollack with hazelnut potatoes and torch-burnt leek, chocolate-celery dessert! Enjoy the full menu at €36, or a weekday lunchtime menu at €20. All accompanied by wines from small producers. The sleek, modern decor creates a warm ambience: you feel right at home, and customers are pampered with simplicity. A pleasant surprise in the Sanilhac shopping zone!
