Original Restaurant On the banks of the Allier, a pretty bourgeois country house, with its little turret and pretty terrace overlooking the river. This traditional family-run restaurant is the place to come for cock-crest and poached-egg salad, pollack in rabe scales and squid-ink tagliatelle, chocolate-scented venison civet and poultry dariole with mushrooms.
