Gourmet Restaurant It's always a pleasure to return to this family-run restaurant in the center of Vichy, where you can enjoy the cuisine and service of Gilles and Marianne Ruyet. Hailing from Lorient, the father and daughter bring their Breton coast to life on the banks of the Allier, defending a high standard of marine cuisine. À la carte, fish soup, halibut fillet with emulsified marinière and Paimpol coconut, sole meunière, roasted blue lobster with coral butter, roasted guinea fowl supreme with herb and pecan crust, gentian jus, snow-whipped egg and custard. Classic cellar.
