The atmosphere is lively and friendly, with a clientele of regulars enjoying the traditional cuisine revisited. There's no shortage of choice, between the large slate and the many suggestions, underlining the chef's gourmet pleasure in cooking to suit every taste. You'll be tempted by a rabbit liver cake with Espelette pepper corn cream, snacked kidneys, popcorn powder and corn bread, pike quenelle with cockles, 5A andouillette with reduced jus, blueberry panna cotta.
