Description
Sponsored Close to the city center, L'Adriatico is an Italian restaurant well known to the people of Valenciennes since 1969, and taken over in 2023 by Benoît Panaville. Stepping inside takes you straight into a typical Italian trattoria, with its pretty rounded arches and bewitching aromas. In the kitchen, open to the dining room and bar, Chef Ludovic Bachelier and his team are busy preparing seasonal burrata di buffala for linguine, focaccia or pizzas topped with Italian ham. Every week, the menu is enriched with a new dish, a new dessert and a cocktail of the day, to surprise guests' taste buds and invite them to discover the flavors of the moment. Neapolitan takeaway pizzas are baked on stone to achieve a beautiful crunch and unbeatable taste. At L'Adriatico, service is fast and the quality/price ratio very reasonable. The covered, enclosed terrace adds to the pleasure of tasting.
