Sponsored In the heart of Margencel, opposite the church, the Chez Mimo brasserie is enjoying a new lease of life, with 29-year-old owner Célia Caddoux at the helm. Passionate about the restaurant business, this local child took over the village's only brasserie on June 15, 2023, accompanied by a waitress and a cook. Chez Mimo serves traditional, high-quality, 100% homemade French cuisine using fresh, seasonal and local produce "as much as possible", smiles the restaurateur. Here, breakfast is "just like at Mamie's", with simple but tasty dishes, and a different à la carte dish every day (service from 12pm to 2pm). Célia and her team offer a complete menu at 18 euros, with starter, main course, dessert and coffee, or an aperitif between 6pm and 9pm. The team welcomes you indoors, on the terrace or in the veranda, according to your wishes and the season. We offer a warm, friendly welcome and a relaxed, family atmosphere. Parking is easy nearby, and the brasserie serves all year round, except during the holiday season. Worth a try!
