Sponsored Delicious Sisteron lamb stew, old-fashioned pieds paquets, tripe, gardiane de taureau, Ventoux pork chops and fresh beef burgers... Frédéric Aicardi and his team are committed to celebrating the region's terroir in their culinary delights. Located right in the center of town, opposite the town hall, Frédéric Aicardi moved to Vaison-la-Romaine in 1988, and since 2017, to this new, completely remodeled location. His restaurant is just as he dreamed it would be: a warm cocoon of comfort and elegance, in shades of burgundy and gold, with velvet armchairs and antique floor tiles. The chef renews his varied menu twice a year, adding suggestions of the moment as he sees fit. The shaded terrace overlooks Vaison's most beautiful street, which has been renovated and is pedestrianized on summer evenings, providing an air of dolce vita for enjoying the warm Provencal nights. Non-stop service all day.
