Sponsored Amonē, created by Guillaume Verlet as a tribute to his grandmother, is a brand-new street food concept that thrills palates nostalgic for an essential childhood delicacy: cordon bleu. At Amonē, the variations are homemade with quality French products, the majority of which come from the region. So, whether on rue Chappe, where you can sit down in an old-fashioned setting a stone's throw from the Butte Montmartre, or in Belleville (takeaway only), Guillaume's three comforting recipes, generously served, tantalize the taste buds. The one named Gérard is a tribute to tradition, with its turkey escalope, white ham and cream cheese. Babette is for those with big appetites, Brigitte for vegetarians, and the chef's inspired creations of the moment are for regulars and gourmets alike.
