Gourmet Restaurant Located in the main square, the brasserie is necessarily the best place to welcome guests, and its reputation naturally follows. However, the house doesn't rest on its laurels, and defends a good bistro menu, with well-made classics, such as the famous pig's trotters with mustard condiment, marinated sardines, tomatoes, almonds, mango espuma, 30-day-aged Galician beef rib cooked over the coals and pommes frites... Well-staggered formulas.
