Gourmet Restaurant In the center of Gaillac, under its arcades, this charming address in classic pink briquettes offers a lovely moment of conviviality, with its cellar of over 480 references and its good ideas on the market. The combination of a prestigious cellar and a well-crafted plate explains the success of the business; we're happy to come back for the gourmet duck and foie gras raviole, mushroom cream, the pollack back, chorizo Viennoise and paella-style risotto, or the veal knuckle, cream and celery root chips, roasted fresh onions. Good service.
