Sponsored Just a stone's throw from the Sacré Coeur Basilica, Florian Boubel has taken over this chic, cosy spot to set up his wine bar. It boasts a beautiful cellar where customers are invited to choose the nectar that will accompany their meal. Chef David Piot, a world traveler, draws inspiration from Mediterranean and Asian flavors to compose a colorful slate of original scents, textures and tastes: meat, fish, seafood or vegetarian proposals, as well as charcuterie and cheese boards to share. Gambas, shizo, coriander and preserved lemon ravioli, accompanied by a traditional French gambas bisque with butter, are emblematic of the Maison. Finesse, research and passion are evident in the dishes created by the Chef. The cellar, with its fine wine references, is made up of French wines grown conventionally, naturally or organically - an ode to French culture! In fine weather, enjoy the sunny, flower-filled terrace in the heart of Montmartre's historic district.
