Chef's Restaurant The Chabran family, led by Carole, who benefited from her father's fine education, offers a gourmet cruise along the banks of the Rhône. There's always a party going on in the land of great wines and good croque. The menu is always voluble and appetizing, with variety and an obvious modernity: mille-feuille of red tuna marinated in lemon and avocado, pluma of pork plancha purée vegetables honey and wasabi juice, French toast with Romans pogne custard ice cream caramel salted butter in a 38 € formula which is completed by burgers, tapas and pasta dishes. Fast, efficient service and a fine Rhone cellar.
