Description
Sponsored At Le Galway, you'll enjoy cuisine in the purest French tradition. Yannick and Viviane Guerin offer only home-cooked dishes, carefully crafted by their chef, Olivier Carrey, a thirty-five-year veteran of top Parisian restaurants who chooses products from short supply chains. Veal sweetbreads, sole meunière and tuna steak rub shoulders with old-fashioned black pudding and andouillettes de Vire. Two vegetarian dishes and a children's menu are also on the menu of this bistro-brasserie located on the marina, open all year round and boasting two terraces as well as a room that can be privatized for events. From November to February, a jazz concert is held one Friday evening a month. Those with a sweet tooth will delight in the pavlovas, millefeuilles, chocolate mousses and tartes Tatin also made on site. And to accompany it all, a wide selection of French spirits and wines is on offer.
