Gourmet Restaurant Decorated by Sarah Lavoine, the table at the Café de Paris hotel exudes sunny coastal charm, with woven straw, light wood and sky blue, like a chic fisherman's shack by the beach. The view of the Atlantic is obviously one of the house's assets, while the chef, under the supervision of Cédric Béchade, ensures a very regional score, in phase with the immediate environment. You'll have trout gravlax, smoked cauliflower and grapefruit vinaigrette, chipirons and txistorra a la plancha, bomba rice for paella, or passion chocolate Itakuja with crispy puffed rice. Excellent service.
