Description
Sponsored Le Bouchon d'Adèle is a welcoming place where you can enjoy simple, high-quality traditional cuisine. To implement these principles, founder Nicolas Cacheux has pulled out all the stops: the establishment's 200 covers are spread across vast, brightly-lit spaces, with a modern decor combining large tables, small lounges and more intimate tables. The à la carte menu features a brasserie-style menu, with 4 or 5 suggestions per week for guaranteed freshness, and revisited classics. These include welsh with ham on the bone, leg of lamb parmentier, gravlax salmon with beet (and wasabi mayonnaise), and a burger with two house steaks, smoked cheddar and fried onion and cheddar bread, served with fresh fries cooked in beef fat. Every weekend, concerts and festive events liven up the place, which boasts a terrace, a big top in summer, and soon a vast covered terrace with rotisserie. A restaurant where pleasure is king, to be savored without moderation. Please note: the restaurant is especially open on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month for dinner dances.
