Jean-Thomas and Toussaint, two passionate friends and avid gourmets, have created this cozy downtown spot, nestled in a century-old building that has been carefully renovated to retain its old-world charm, with stonework, exposed wood and a fireplace. All this is combined with more modern touches, such as a black marble bar with an oak top. Fresh pasta, wood-grilled meats, salads and other daily specials - 100% homemade, of course! Don't miss the specialties: the classic tagliata and the revisited truffle tagliata, pasta (pesto, pomodoro with burrata, gorgonzola), fine cuts of beef and creamy escalopes. A fine selection of Corsican wines to accompany the meats and home-made desserts, classic or original, like this tiramisù with flavors that change every week, to provide the perfect sweet touch.
