Chef's Restaurant Chez Parenti remains the resort's chicest and safest address. Locals gather here among themselves, conceding a little space for tourists, who are also welcome. Foie gras with local kumquat chutney and chestnut brioche, fish soup, Abbatucci's tiger veal with pommes duchesse glazed zucchini, jus corsé poivre et miel and a lemon dessert with kalamansi chiboust. The prices are a natural selection, and the special lobster formula is €95, with the famous pasta with shellfish juice.
