Chef's Restaurant It's an essential local rendezvous to get a feel for the character and life of the resort. Here, Corsica's seafaring spirit shines through, and the local fishery is on the menu, with beautiful whole fish according to the day's arrivals. You're right at home at Parenti, with fish soup, spider ravioli, Abbatucci tiger veal and, of course, lobster or crayfish for special occasions. Good service and a dolce vita atmosphere, Corsican style.
