Description
Sponsored Spurred on by her friends and fans of her cuisine, Anne-Charlotte, a self-taught gourmet, founded her restaurant in 2023, named in homage to her grandmothers Paulette and Gisèle. In a setting that combines old-world charm - brick walls and old-fashioned plates - with industrial-style elements, this free spirit creates a cuisine of the world in her own image. You'll travel between Asia, Africa, the Americas and Europe, as illustrated by the tikka massala burger, maffé, revisited sausage rougaille, Asian-style salmon and salted butter caramel apple gyoza for dessert. And because she makes everything homemade with local produce, her menu is short (3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts), and changes regularly. Expect to pay €25 for a dish and drink. Her generous brunches, offered one Sunday a month, are pure delight! What's more, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, Anne-Charlotte, who used to be an educator, offers joyful culinary workshops for children (and adults too).
