Gourmet Restaurant A new restaurant after La Table de Christophe, and an interesting way of renewing the Valenciennes landscape. Christophe Marlière's work on seasonal themes is well framed, in a short menu with dishes that are a little busy, but sincere: mushroom tartlet, mousse and sorbet with porcini mushroom powder and duck ham, back of cod in a paprika flake crust, cream of pea infused with bacon and leek hay, supreme of Challans poultry with peanut sauce and coppa powder... Simple, attractive decor, cellar still under development.
