Exceptional Restaurant Emmanuel Renaut has finally made up his mind. With his large chalet under construction until next summer, he wasn't about to sit idly by, even if his new acquisition, the Prieuré in Megève, and the Bois Prin in Chamonix, which he has raised to new heights, could keep him busy for a while. But his activities as a chef with five toques could not remain dormant. So his mountain bistro, Flocons Villages, was requisitioned, for as long as necessary, to set up a very chic and intimate table which, we have no doubt, will be the Megève event of the winter.
