Propriétaire : 1 restaurant Chef : 1 restaurantFrom his first internship to his last job, William Ledeuil has been with Guy Savoy all his life. It all began in 1984, when he took his first steps with the chef for a three-month apprenticeship. His first position was also with the chef. " But in 1991, I wanted to see something different. That 's how the two men opened the Bistrot de l'Étoile on rue Troyon in Paris. Three years later, they did it again, with the restaurant Les Bouquinistes, followed in 1995 by Cap Vernet.
After more than fifteen years of loyalty, he set off on his own. " It was in the back of my mind. I knew that one day I was going to be independent ", and so, in 2001, he created Ze Kitchen Galerie, in the 6th arrondissement of Paris. In this gallery of visual and gustatory arts, the chef offers a cuisine inspired by the flavors of Southeast Asia. Seven years later, he opened Kitchen Galerie Bis, also known as KGB. Gault&Millau, which has followed him since his early days, named him Cook of the Year 2010. More recently, William Ledeuil founded Kitchen Ter(re), dedicated to broths and pastas.
