Chef : 1 restaurantNicolas Frech was a commis at Loiseau, spent eight years with Bernard Leray at La Nouvelle Auberge, worked in Switzerland like his wife, Marine, before returning to Alsace. It's with a good background and a well-shaped head that they settled in Turckheim to open a beautiful page in their shared history: La Table du 12. The decor is simple and rustic, that of a classic restaurant on the main street of the medieval town.
Nicolas Frech can take traditional Alsatian dishes and turn them on their head, showing flexibility and ingenuity in his "Tap'Alsace" or his beef and foie gras fleischnacka. His strength also lies in his choice of products: with discernment and know-how, he knows how to make the most of high-quality goods.
