A new table en ville in the center of Turckheim, opened by Nicolas and Marine after working for major institutions such as Bernard Leray and Bernard Loiseau. The dishes are traditional revisited, well done with meticulous presentation, in a convincing Franco-Alsatian spirit: fleischwurst salat wrap, beef fleischnacka with foie gras, crispy sauerkraut and munster macaroon, Breton lobster fricassee, grenailles and summer vegetables, Rossini beef fleischnacka with Madeira sauce, nougat glacé with chestnut honey and red fruit coulis.
