An affordable birthday menu
As it does every year, the restaurant is celebrating its anniversary with a menu specially designed for the occasion. From Monday January 19 to Friday January 30, customers can enjoy an affordable starter, main course and dessert menu. available exclusively at lunchtime on weekdays.
Behind this initiative is chef Michel Sarran, partner of the premises owned by the All For You group, supported by executive chef Paul Ambombi. Over the past eight years, this 1,000 m² panoramic restaurant has established itself as the place to be for all Toulouse festivities.
A menu designed by the restaurant's partner
At the start of 2026, chefs Michel Sarran and Paul Ambombi have designed a bespoke birthday menu. Priced at 25 euros, this three-course menu opens with a celery velouté with hazelnut butter, burnt bread foam and smoked duck breast. The main course is a crispy salmon with seaweed, accompanied by a cauliflower mousseline and tandoori emulsion. Finally, dessert is a nougat, caramel and corn bar, served with buckwheat milk.

In addition to this exclusive menu, a host of surprises have been planned for the anniversary.
