This is one of Michel Sarran's greatest success stories of recent years. A permanent party on the top floor of Galeries Lafayette, a menu tailor-made for nibbling as well as gorging, true freedom through well-chosen cocktails and wines, in measured moderation. It's noisy and festive, and we love this mix of genres that doesn't exclude toques: garbure, makis, salmon confit, mussel cromesquis, teriyaki lacquered roast beef, angus burger, veal blanquette en cocotte, gnocchi with chorizo cream... Xavier's cheeses and the unmissable churros make for a happy ending.
