Two sisters, Marion and Margaux, are at the helm of this patisserie and tea room. They focus on less sweet creations, sometimes plant-based or vegan, but always revised and corrected, such as the ultra-moist Nantais cake with almonds and rum, twisted with rosemary, the brioche des reines with pumpkin, the intoxicated pear or the famous Pavé Nantais. Brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
