There are long queues, and not just for sandwiches and quiche at lunchtime, but also for the good bread from this local bakery, which is the first treat of the day, along with the viennoiserie, the plump pain au chocolat, the well-spun brioche, the baguette viennoise... You take the good everyday bread (alouette, rye, spelt, buckwheat, the "brunette", the "pavé d'Arthur"...) and add a homemade pastry, such as flan.
