Pastry This is the pastry shop to know on the Ile Saint-Louis, bearing the blue-white-red logo of a Meilleur ouvrier de France, Yann Brys. Elegantly presented pastries and chocolates in an air-conditioned space. A fine range of creations for each season, notably chocolate, but we also really like the Tourbillon abricot citron basil and the Douceur vanille fruits rouges.
