Gelateria We're a little proud that Gault et Millau were the discoverers of this now internationally renowned house. A family business, where the 83-year-old grandfather chooses his own fruit, and where children and grandchildren work in the laboratory or in the store. It's a great partnership, and we'd love to know the recipe. And that of the sorbet too, with its distinctive flavors. Litchee, melon, wild strawberries, we're in the fruit, but iced. The ice creams are creamy and tasty, and this is undoubtedly the secret of a perfect partnership.
