This is one of Paris's most famous ice cream parlors, housed on the Île Saint-Louis since 1954. It's a must on any tourist circuit, and the queue can sometimes be long. Berthillon's specialty is of course sorbets, but you can't go wrong with the ice creams and frozen desserts from its extensive catalog either.
