Bakery While the Tour d'Argent undergoes a facelift, its boulangerie remains open, much to the delight of food lovers. Like the parent company, the bakery is a showcase for French savoir-faire and a love of the terroir. Breads are made from old-fashioned, organic flours, and include traditional breads such as pain de campagne, tourtes de meule, special corn breads and wholemeal breads, not forgetting the unmissable baguettes.
