Description
Pastry Chocolate bars, orangettes, macaroons, croquants... at Osmont, everything is 100% homemade. Praliné, made from almonds and hazelnuts from France and Spain, is the house specialty, and comes in all shapes and sizes: cigars, chocolates, Paris-Brest, Casse-Noisettes (an incredible entremets composed of a hazelnut meringue crunch, a 70% pure Venezuelan dark chocolate ganache and a roasted chocolate-hazelnut mousse). Most of the products used here are locally sourced, and the brand is equally attentive to every aspect of its packaging: made in France is de rigueur. Founded in 1987 by Françoise and Jean-Marie Osmont, "Meilleur Ouvrier de France", the patisserie continues its existence with Vincent and Isabelle, their children, who work in co-creation with their entire team, ensuring that its fine reputation lives on.
