After a great deal of thought, Patrick Chevallot threw himself into pastry-making without counting the hours of meticulous work, culminating in the consecration of MOF. It's in his hometown that he delights, with formidable fruit tarts (including the unmissable mountain blueberry), mille-feuilles, Savoy cakes and an assortment of viennoiseries that do honor to his baker father.
