Loïc Aspa is a young, dynamic and enterprising pastry chef. The products sold are homemade, the fruit in season, and the range covers a wide spectrum of choices: chantilly saint-honoré with caramelized cabbage, pink raspberry jam croissants, pure-origin chocolate bars... He is a member of the 7 entremetteurs collective, a group of 7 pastry chef friends who are keen to pass on their know-how through a shared recipe book, the proceeds of which are reserved for apprentice pastry chefs.
