Antoine Savoyardi set up shop in 2015 in a former cookie factory in Bordeaux, and won an award for his traditional baguette in the process. This native of Corsica doesn't count his time. He loves his job, sources quality flour and respects the breaks that give the crumb its beautiful honeycombed texture.
