Description
Pastry Cédric Leveau is a happy artisan, having trained with some of the great names in the pastry world, as well as with such fine establishments as Monsieur Coussau's Relais de la Poste (to whom he also supplies his best bread). Firstly, because he loves his job, practicing it according to the rules of the art and the seasons, and secondly, because he has won over the gourmets of the village of Magescq with his creations inspired by French gastronomy. One of his signature desserts, the lemon trompe-l'oeil, is a fine example. As for the bakery, it's authenticity that counts, with a range of naturally leavened breads in which Campagnard and Tourte au levain feature prominently. As you'd expect, the snack aisle is full of elaborate sandwiches, while the candy and chocolate bars (pineapple/chocolate, praline/coconut, etc.) offer frequent and original novelties. Cédric Leveau's creativity comes to the fore when he makes personalized cakes and "pièces montées" for your events. It's a real crowd-pleaser!
